The PrePaid Flexi Program lets you prepay for future inputs — seed, agricultural chemicals and fertiliser — ahead of time, and build a Reward Amount on your balance until you're ready to use it.

Applications are open year-round, though the program is most relevant when planning around the end of the financial year: prepayments made under the Agreement are confirmed by the Australian Taxation Office (Product Ruling PR 2024/16) as immediately tax-deductible in the income year they're paid, for eligible small business entities. As with any tax matter, we'd recommend confirming your own position with your accountant or tax adviser.

Your prepayment is credited to your Stela Agri trading account and must be used to purchase eligible goods within 12 months of your prepayment date. Full terms — including minimum and maximum prepayment amounts — are in the documents linked below.
