Our agronomy team is led by Luke McInnes, who brings 25 years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of grain and fibre production across the northern growing belt.

Luke was raised on his parents' farm at Monto, in the Burnett region of Queensland. He started his agronomic career in the Dawson/Callide region before moving to the Darling Downs in 2002 to broaden his experience across a wider range of crops and cropping systems.

​

Since then, Luke has made the Darling Downs home, building a career — alongside his wife and daughter — as a well-respected agronomist to farmers across the region.

​

Our agronomy advice reaches as far as Hughenden in North West Queensland, down to northern New South Wales.

As Stela Agri grows, Luke will head up our agronomy team into the future. His skill and experience is an asset to both Stela Agri and our customers.
